Section 13-7-307 - Acceptance of gifts

The Historic Arkansas Museum Commission is authorized to accept and receive any and all gifts, grants, donations, and contributions of real and personal property and to manage and use the property and the income therefrom for the construction, reconstruction, restoration, and maintenance of buildings or facilities and for other improvements on the property.Acts 1967, No. 76, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 8-107; Acts 2001, No. 69, § 3.
