Section 14-1-306 - Criminal penalties

(a)(1) A violation of § 14-1-303 is a Class A misdemeanor.(2) Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.(b) A person violating § 14-1-303 is subject to a fine under § 5-4-201 et seq. and a sentence of imprisonment under § 5-4-401 et seq.Acts 2007, No. 387, § 1.
