As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'City' means any city of the first class located in a county having not less than one hundred five thousand (105,000) population;(2) 'Purposes and powers' means those purposes and powers specified in this subchapter, including particularly those purposes and powers enumerated in § 14-163-206.Acts 1963, No. 206, §§ 2, 4; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 19-3102, 19-3104.
