For the purposes of this subchapter, when it is necessary to determine whether publication or other activity has taken place within a municipality lying in more than one (1) county, or where suit shall be filed contesting an election in that municipality, then the publication, activity, or suit shall take place in the county in which a majority of the people living in the municipality reside.Acts 1985, No. 871, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-1255.
