Section 14-164-417 - Alternative financing

Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be deemed to be a restriction or limitation upon alternative means of financing previously available or hereafter made available to municipalities or counties for the purposes set forth in this subchapter.Acts 1985, No. 974, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-1269.
