This subchapter is:(1) Supplemental to other laws, and municipalities and counties may use other applicable laws in the issuance of bonds and other obligations under this subchapter; and(2) Sufficient authority for the issuance of bonds and the performance of all other acts and procedures authorized by this subchapter.Added by Act 2015, No. 1275,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.
