Section 14-167-220 - Intergovernmental agreements

Municipalities and counties are authorized to enter into and carry out appropriate agreements with any agency or political subdivision of the federal government or of the State of Arkansas pertaining to the accomplishment of the purposes authorized by this subchapter, including, without limitation, loan agreements for the borrowing of money and agreements pertaining to grants.Acts 1981, No. 53, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-2413.
