(a) When any real property of a county housing authority vests in a regional housing authority, as provided in this section, the county housing authority shall execute a deed of such property to the regional housing authority, which thereupon shall file the deed in the office provided for in the filing of deeds.(b) However, nothing contained in this section shall affect the vesting of property in the regional housing authority as provided in § 14-169-304.Acts 1941, No. 352, § 4; 1943, No. 280, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3038.
