Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, all the provisions of law applicable to housing authorities created for counties and the commissioners of these authorities shall be applicable to regional housing authorities and their commissioners, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context.Acts 1941, No. 352, § 4; 1943, No. 280, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3038.
