As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, 'eligible facility' means a facility:(1) With a valid agreement entered into with the State Board of Finance pursuant to this subchapter as of June 30, 2000; or(2) That has submitted an application to the State Board of Finance for assistance under the provisions of this subchapter as of January 1, 2001.Acts 1977, No. 763, § 3; 1979, No. 212, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-5503; Acts 1991, No. 647, § 1; 1993, No. 164, § 3; 1995, No. 185, §§ 1, 2; 1995, No. 269, §§ 1, 2; 1995, No. 1156, § 3; 1997, No. 753, § 2; 2001, No. 1073, § 2.
