Section 14-171-218 - Future applicants

Any applications submitted after January 1, 2001, for state aid for the expansion of eligible facilities or for new facilities shall be submitted to the General Assembly and any appropriation for the expansion or new facility shall be made from the General Improvement Fund or its successor fund or fund accounts, including the Development and Enhancement Fund.Amended by Act 2019, No. 82,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2001, No. 1073, § 8.
