Section 14-185-117 - Bonds - Authority to issue

This chapter shall be the sole authority required for the issuance of bonds under it and for the exercise of the powers of authorities established under this chapter. It shall not be necessary for the municipalities and counties represented on the boards of directors of authorities to take any action authorizing or approving the issuance of bonds or the exercise of any other powers by the authorities.Acts 1961, No. 439, § 10; 1975 (Extended Sess., 1976), No. 1232, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1510; reen.
