To acquire property, wherever located, in furtherance of the purposes of this subchapter, any municipality shall have the power of eminent domain as is provided in §§ 18-15-301 - 18-15-303 and any statutes supplemental thereto.Acts 1937, No. 231, § 9; 1973, No. 87, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2710.
