Section 14-188-106 - Rules and regulations

(a) At the first meeting, a rural development authority shall adopt rules and regulations which are to be filed with the county clerk.(b) Amendments to the rules and regulations may be made at any time and shall be filed with the clerk.Acts 1963, No. 172, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1408.
