Section 14-201-314 - Interest of board members in contracts unlawful - Penalty

(a) It shall be unlawful for any member of the board of public utilities to be directly or indirectly interested in any contract with the board.(b) Any member engaging in conduct constituting an offense under this section commits a Class D felony.
