(a) The sole compensation of each member of the board shall be the sum of five dollars ($5.00) per month.(b) The board, by a vote of a majority of its members, may fix a reasonable sum for the secretary of the board to compensate him for the clerical duties required of him.Acts 1939, No. 95, § 26; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4026.
