Municipalities are authorized to use any available funds and reserves to pay and provide for costs and expenses of owning and operating an electric system and, for the purpose of paying electric system costs, a municipality may issue revenue bonds as provided in this chapter.Acts 1983, No. 441, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-6003.
