Bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes. This exemption includes income, property, and inheritance taxes.Acts 1981 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 17, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-5809.
