Section 14-205-109 - Interest on bonds

The bonds shall bear interest at such rate or rates payable semiannually and shall be payable at such times and places not exceeding thirty-five (35) years from their date as prescribed in the ordinance providing for their issuance.Acts 1949, No. 71, § 9; 1970 (Ex.
