Section 14-206-111 - Order - Findings of fact

In rendering a decision on the application for approval of the acquisition, the commission shall issue and serve upon all parties an order, which shall include, or be accompanied by, findings of fact stating its reasons for the action taken.Acts 1987, No. 110, § 7.
