Section 14-206-112 - Rehearing - Judicial review

Any party aggrieved by any decision issued on an application for approval of the acquisition may apply for a rehearing as provided in § 23-2-401, and §§ 23-2-421 - 23-2-424. A party aggrieved by the final decision of the commission on rehearing may obtain judicial review of the decision in accordance with the provisions of § 23-2-401, and §§ 23-2-421 - 23-2-424.Acts 1987, No. 110, § 8.
