Section 14-230-105 - State loan and grant program authorized

(a) The commission is authorized to make loans and grants to provide funds for water, sewer, or solid waste management financial assistance.(b) The commission may provide financial assistance up to the total project cost for water, sewer, or solid waste management systems projects.Acts 1975, No. 274, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-2203; Acts 1989, No. 220, § 3; 1997, No. 960, § 2.
