Section 14-234-112 - Service to adjacent areas - Cities of the second class

Cities of the second class now owning a waterworks system are authorized and empowered to purchase, construct, own, and maintain water supply lines to the city limits of any adjacent city or town where the latter city or town agrees to purchase water under contract from the supplying city.Acts 1959, No. 184, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4269.
