Municipal corporations, upon approval by resolution of their governing bodies, may make and enter into contracts whereby one (1) municipal corporation shall construct and maintain a water system for, and supply water to, another municipal corporation.Acts 1963, No. 146, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4270.
