Section 14-234-402 - Penalty

The violation of this subchapter or of any rule or regulation adopted by the operating authority shall constitute a misdemeanor, and upon conviction the offender shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense.Acts 1959, No. 204, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4238.
