No municipality or operating authority permitting any activities authorized by this subchapter shall be liable for the torts of its servants, agents, or employees committed while acting within the scope of their employment in carrying out the duties assigned to them in connection with the aforesaid recreational activities.Acts 1959, No. 204, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4238.1.
