Section 14-234-516 - Eminent domain

For the purpose of acquiring any waterworks system under the provisions of this subchapter, or for the purpose of acquiring any properties necessary therefor, each of the municipalities joining together under the provisions of this subchapter shall have the right of eminent domain, as is provided in §§ 18-15-301 - 18-15-303.Acts 1955, No. 414, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4248.
