Section 14-234-602 - Liability

Any person who is delinquent on the payment for water, wastewater service, or sewer service provided by a water system may be held liable, at the discretion of a court of competent jurisdiction, for attorney's fees and costs incurred in the collection of the delinquency.Acts 2003, No. 769, § 2; 2007, No. 360, § 2.
