Section 14-236-115 - Registration of installers

(a) Each installer who operates within the State of Arkansas, regardless of the location of his home office, must become registered by the Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health.(b) The registration will be issued by the Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health or its authorized agent upon application on proper forms and compliance with the provisions of this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter.(c) The registration shall be renewable on January 1 of each year.(d) The installer's registration may be revoked without advance notice whenever any provision of this chapter is violated.
