Section 14-237-104 - Bank accounts

All municipal water and sewer departments of this state shall maintain all funds in depositories approved for that purpose by law. The accounts shall be maintained in the name of the municipal water and sewer department.Acts 1973, No. 148, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-5203; Acts 2011, No. 620, § 2.
