Section 14-249-106 - Disposition of fees

All funds received by the district from connection fees over and above the amount paid the inspector shall be kept in a bank in a separate maintenance account of the sewer district and shall be used in maintaining the sewer system.Acts 1941, No. 51, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-806.
