Section 14-251-110 - Disposition of fees, rentals, etc

All fees, rentals, or other income of any type derived by the operating authority as a result of the acts authorized in this chapter, may be treated as recreational rather than as water revenues and may be used to defray the cost of providing or maintaining recreational facilities and providing for protection of the water supply against pollution because of recreational activities.Acts 1959, No. 204, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4236.
