The prosecuting attorney of the judicial circuits, his deputy, or the city attorney, the case as may be, shall, without fee or reward, advise and give legal assistance to the public health officer and the county, district, or city board of health and shall bring any civil or criminal action upon the request of the health officer, the county, district, or city board of health, or the State Board of Health on all questions relating to the enforcement of the provisions of this act.Acts 1949, No. 186, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-225.
