Section 14-265-103 - Authority to acquire, own, manage, and sell health facilities

Any municipality and any county is authorized to acquire, own, construct, reconstruct, extend, equip, improve, maintain, operate, sell, lease, contract concerning, or otherwise deal in or dispose of any land, buildings, improvements, or facilities of any and every nature whatever that can be used for hospitals, nursing homes, rest homes, or related facilities within or near the municipality or county.Acts 1961, No. 175, § 1; 1973, No. 86, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-4713.
