Section 14-284-119 - Certain suits in public interest

(a) All cases involving the validity of such districts or the annual benefit assessments and all suits to foreclose the lien of annual benefit assessments shall be deemed matters of public interest and shall be advanced and disposed of at the earliest possible moment.(b) All appeals therefrom must be taken and perfected within thirty (30) days.Acts 1939, No. 183, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-915.
