Section 14-284-301 - Definition

As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the term 'rural fire protection district' shall include any city or town which does not have a full-time organized fire department or in which seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the fire fighters employed by the fire department are volunteer fire fighters.Acts 1979, No. 36, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-944.
