Section 14-287-105 - Rates and other fees - Annual audit

(a) Municipal management districts may establish and maintain reasonable and nondiscriminatory rates, fares, tolls, charges, assessments, rents, or other fees or compensation for the use of the improvements constructed, operated, or maintained by the district.(b) The district shall be audited by a certified public accountant each year with the audit findings being published in a daily newspaper with a circulation which includes the district.Acts 1999, No. 230, § 5.
