Section 14-298-106 - Surveyors

(a) The viewers may call to their assistance a competent surveyor to assist them in laying out and surveying or altering any road they may be ordered by the county court to view, survey, and lay out or alter.(b) It shall be the duty of every surveyor, when called on by any viewer or reviewers, to survey any road they may be required to view or review, lay out, establish, or alter and to furnish all courses, bearings, distances, plats, and surveys of roads required by them to be laid out, established, or altered, as viewers or reviewers, when demanded by them.Acts 1871, No. 26, §§ 47, 63, p. 56; C. & M.
