Section 14-301-103 - Building and repair of bridges

Each city of the first and second class and incorporated town in this state shall have the power to build, construct, and keep in repair any bridge within the corporate limits thereof at the exclusive expense of that municipal corporation.Acts 1901, No. 179, § 1, p. 333; C. & M.
