The procedure prescribed in this subchapter for the construction of street improvements and the financing thereof shall be supplemental to all other laws of this state with respect thereto and shall not be construed to amend, repeal, or otherwise affect those laws.Acts 1967, No. 252, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3842.
