Section 14-303-305 - Approval required to change highway location

An authority shall not change the location of any portion of a public highway which is a part of the state highway system without the prior approval of the State Highway Commission, nor a public highway subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a county court without the prior approval of the county court involved.Acts 1968 (1st Ex.
