The procedure prescribed herein for the establishment of improvement districts in municipalities of this state shall be supplemental to all other laws of this state with respect to the establishment of municipal improvement districts and shall not be construed to amend, repeal, or otherwise affect those laws.Acts 1967, No. 251, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1509.
