Section 14-14-1106 - Appeals from administrative acts

Appeals by any aggrieved party from any administrative act performed, or from the nonperformance of any administrative act required by law to be performed, by the county judge acting in his or her capacity as the chief executive officer of the county, or any other elected county official, may be taken to the court of competent jurisdiction in the manner provided by law.Acts 1977, No. 742, § 83; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-3906.
