In any county in which a natural disaster, including but not limited to a tornado or flood, results in the county being declared a disaster area by the Governor, an appropriate official of the United States Government, or the county judge of the county, the county judge is authorized to use county labor and equipment on private property to provide services which are required as a result of the natural disaster.Acts 1997, No. 394, § 1.
