(a) The county court shall determine the location of the office of the various county, county quorum court district, and township officers.(b) Nothing in this section, however, shall be construed to compel the county court to provide justices of the peace, constables, coroners, or surveyors with a formal office.Acts 1977, No. 742, § 46; 1979, No. 413, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-3606.
