Section 14-14-202 - Initiation of alteration

Alteration of county boundaries may be initiated by the General Assembly or by a petition to the General Assembly by persons whose rights and interests would be affected by the boundary change.Acts 1977, No. 742, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-3203.
