The Board of Apportionment shall provide each of the respective county boards of election commissioners with the appropriate and necessary federal decennial census information, not less than ninety (90) days prior to the date established for apportionment of county quorum court districts.Acts 1977, No. 742, § 35; 1979, No. 413, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-3404.
