The clerk of the county court, within seven (7) calendar days following the expiration of the time period provided for the filing of contest of an apportionment plan, shall transmit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of the record made of an apportionment plan.Acts 1977, No. 742, § 38; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-3407.
