Section 14-14-706 - Register of board appointment

The clerk of the county court shall maintain a register of county advisory and administrative board appointments established by a county quorum court, including:(1) The name of the board;(2) The ordinance reference number establishing the board;(3) The name of the board member;(4) The date of appointment; and(5) The expiration date of the appointments.Acts 1977, No. 742, § 104; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-4107.
