Section 14-15-804 - Appointment of a deputy treasurer

(a) Appointment of a deputy treasurer shall be: (1) In writing;(2) Signed by the county treasurer; and(3) Recorded in the county recorder's office.(b) A deputy treasurer shall possess powers as authorized by the county treasurer.Acts 1883, No. 42, §§ 2-4, p. 65; C. & M.
